Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping the order.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, you must notify us within 7 calendar days from the expected delivery date.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery. If the package was delivered in your absence and is found to be damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photographs of the packaging and product.

We will investigate all lost or damaged parcel claims with the courier and may offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
